Events
Welcome to our Events page. Here we will announce hikes, adventures and programs that bring people together with nature. Explore, book, and enjoy all that we have to offer!

WHO is it for?
Do you like to be outside in nature but never quite get around to organising an outing? Leave the organising up to us!
This program is for busy Sydney professionals
who want to get outside but can’t be bothered with the logistics. If you are looking for a new way to re-energize, get clarity, boost productivity then this is for you! Improve your fitness and mindset whilst enjoying the great outdoors.
What is it?
Hiking in National Parks in and close to Sydney. Easy to moderate walks starting
at around 2hr duration and working up to around 4 hours. With plenty of time for
relaxation, enjoyment and most importantly one to one coaching sessions with your mind-set coach. Bring your work, social and personal challenges, leave with a new perspective, the power to overcome them and a sense of freedom.
What does it include?
5 guided walks:
Walks guided by a Life Coach and experienced bushwalker. Certified in First Aid, CPR, Mental Health First Aid, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Coaching.
How:
Through a process of enquiry your coach will help you to gain awareness over thinking patterns that are currently outside of your consciousness. This awareness shines a light on
new possibilities and ways to solve problems that were not available to you before. Unlike counselling or psychology, in this type of coaching you don’t need to analyse your past or
reveal uncomfortable details to your coach. This coaching is pragmatic, effective and solution-focussed.
